Awful, awful company - Anonymous employee Luxtripper Employee Review

Total bullying culture. Managers managing other managers, who manage leaders who manage staff. It's ridiculous! If you face fits you will be given an elevated title very quickly. If not you will be hassled, micro-managed and given all the bad leads. The thought process is that if you are a good seller you will be given all the high-profit leads, whilst anyone trying to hit target will be given the low-end leafs meaning you have to work 3x as hard to achieve target. Managers have absolutely no care for your personal time and seem unable to manage their own time effectively. All staff are encouraged to leave 5* reviews on here to keep the review score high.
