Super interesting work + innovative environment. Employees genuinely love learning and the learning process and there's a very creative energy, as much of the office is very young. Very intelligent people at this company- which means you're always learning a lot-and feeling motivated to push yourself and keep learning, whether that's work related or outside of work. The people who work here are here because they love this work and want to be doing this sort of work.

Can sometimes be very abstract work- can be difficult to grasp at first- but if you're interested in theory development and in what can sometimes be a meticulous process, this truly is the place for you. Sometimes you may feel that you've gotten lost in the abstract and lose sight of the applications- but the theory itself is so fascinating and has a lot of interesting applications, so it's just a matter of keeping yourself afloat.
