Pros
Good foundation for career path acceleration. The company offers decent structure to ensure you can really grow your career and take on advanced roles. Great benefits and good vacation, very flexible and works on 9/80 schedule.
Cons
To take advantage of career growth, the company tends to favor individuals who have work in the same location for a long period of time. Very difficult to move roles between function. Management tends to "hold" employees to themselves and frowns upon employees who leave their organization.
