Pros
Ppl are nice especially call center employees it used to have good benefits but they stopped 401k match. Upper mgmt looks down on some folks
Cons
No growth or development. Only get ahead if you're pretty. Upper mgmt treats so E employees like trash. Benefits went way down. No adhesion
