- Families are wonderful to work with - Most of the co-workers are collaborative and will help you if need
Cons
- Poor leadership/no mentorship - Overworking therapists: they will schedule you back to back with no time to document. They appear to care more about the money you are bringing in than your well-being. - Office drama and gossip was always very toxic and hard to work around - As much as you want to put your all into your clients, there is no time to do so because of how they schedule -Penalized if you bring something to HR or complain
