The company has made a lot of major changes in the past several years. Likeable Local now has a new product, a new direction, a new team, and a new mentality. If you bring something unique to the table, if you are willing to put in the work, and if you can contribute to the positive and upbeat office environment, you'll find an opportunity at Likeable Local that is very unique.
Cons
This is a small company, if you are looking for a corporate experience where you fully separate your work-self from your home-self, Likeable Local wouldn't be a good fit. Salary is reasonable for the Maine market, but it's not overly generous.
There were layoffs that took place in the past, there were also a few strategic failures that it took the company a while to recover from. However, the new strategy is not about risky and explosive growth, its about slow sustainable growth aligned with immediate business needs and everybody in the company (literally everyone) has a say in our strategy.
Constant changes to the social media landscape (especially in the wake of the 2016 election) mean that we spend a lot of time keeping up with Facebook's demands which slows down product development.
