Pros
The work environment is second to none. The people are incredibly friendly and being around them is like hanging out with your out of work friends. The upper management is also very supportive of sales people. There are multiple meetings every week geared towards different aspects of sales and sharing knowledge/ past successes is highly encouraged.
Cons
-It's a very young start up so they can't afford to pay a wage consistent with the demands of living in NYC. -There is an exceptionally high turnover rate. It can be really hard to work with great people, grow close, and then have them leave. If you stick around long enough you'll see everyone you started with leave.
