    I worked at Lidl full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    -pay is great -benefits -free excercise from daily work

    Cons

    Put in my two weeks and management just simply removes me from the schedule and called it a day. I find out I am still in the system when I am paid PTO with healthcare deductions two weeks AFTER my last day. I call the health insurance company and they confirm I am still active in the system so I call Lidl HR and they made me pay for the entire next month of health insurance because HR decided to put my end date... that current month instead of when my end date actually was, which I had told them multiple times. I was screwed over and lost PTO because someone didn't do their job correctly.

    Be mindful when it comes to your employees so they don't get screwed over because you didn't follow through on your end.
