      Good pay, Benefits, friendly staff, etc.

      Cons

      Company hires multiple employees, makes many promising remarks about growth and opportunity for advancement and lays them all off after 6 weeks of training because the management doesn’t know how to properly run a business. They also don't have the time to tell you themselves, they just have HR do it for them.
