We NEVER knew how much we were paid. EVER. How do you run a restaurant and can not inform your staff what they make each night. They charged us $15 a week for family meal out of our checks. Checks are processed at their Chicago location. Rumors swirled they we're keeping 30% of our tips. Woefully incompetent management; always finding out menu changes 15 mins before shift, had no refrigerator for three weeks, would allow "friends" to dine 5 mins before close and you would be stuck there, poor barback training leading to high turnover, and the most disorganized wine inventory I've ever encountered. Mgrs would routinely have to hunt the restaurant for bottles because they had no designated inventory manager, but wouldn't pay a bartender extra hourly to do it. To top it, the guest bathrooms had no hot water from October until February. When pointed out to the owner directly, he brushed it off as it wasn't violating any health code in Atlanta.
