Training, mentorship and continuous professional growth are important parts of our culture. Regarding compensation, we respectfully disagree with the general characterization. Lasting Dynamics has historically maintained salary levels that are competitive and often above the average for comparable roles in both Italy and Spain. In addition to base salary, we also provide monthly bonuses, performance-based incentives, in-kind benefits and other forms of support designed to reward commitment, growth and contribution. That said, we understand that expectations may vary, especially for junior profiles or professionals still defining their market positioning. Our objective is to remain fair, sustainable and competitive, while maintaining the level of performance that our clients and teams expect from us. Lasting Dynamics is a demanding environment. We value autonomy, accountability, fast learning and direct feedback. These standards are not always easy, and we understand that our culture may not be the right fit for everyone.
