It is a lean organization moving quickly along an aggressive growth plan. To this end, employees are empowered to improve their areas of responsibility, creating a great atmosphere for people to engage.

The company is not for those seeking a place where performance expectations are low.

Management makes you work off the clock and while on vacation. Management is spoiling this company, allowing hostile work environment by VP's. There is little communication between groups which causes a lot to fall through the cracks, and when it does you get the punishment not the people who caused it. Either you are forced to violate Federal laws or you are pushed out the door. The senior management is cold and doesn't interact with departments. No promotion ability, especially if you are a woman. They only promote a woman if they get a bad review or someone files a complaint. Even if promoted you are limited to only 10% of your current pay. Terrible communication by managers to their subordinates.
