      Pros

      Everything is so by the book, you can have peace of mind you are being supported legally and compliantly - in independants you often don't get this reassurance Great personal and professional devellopment oppourtunitities in place. Generally if you are looking for training / progression or a industry specific qualification then provided it corresponds with your role they are clearly passionate about the development of all staff. A clear emphasisis to progress staff from within the company Individual line management styles can clearly vary but I was personally super lucky with my manager who always supported me and championed my growth Excellent working environment / team in the Manchester offices I have enjoyed working with all my colleagues

      Cons

      Rigid not much flexibility when it comes to working variations, feels abit outdated Outdated offices Typical high street, in office everyday, 8:45-6pm - long hours which probably isn't necessary. This could operate ona more flexible model or a staff rota where if later appts are needed they can be accomodated No WFH flexibility in my role - if they want to attract the best candidates for roles requiring experience something has to be done about this Flexibility when required would go a long way for staff as it feels like in comparison to its competitors our hours are longer its demoralizing No pay review ever, commission is ok if you are selling a lot, if not it can be a slog
