Absolutely top quality and enjoyable group of people. Interesting work subject matter (customer data) and freedom to take ownership & initiative.

Processes are always under revision and operational leadership is lacking. Problems are never scouted or triaged proactively- always reactively. Progression pathways and reviews aren't formalised and generally don't happen at all. Lateral movement across teams/roles does happen but you will need to force it.

- client facing roles will feel the burn - tech does not change (could be a plus for many)
