      Good projects and decent lifestyle balance for the more senior staff.

      Cons

      No interesting design in projects. One of the lowest paying firms in Vancouver. Difficult to get your interning hours. Do not cover LARE’s in full.

      Management listens and acts on feedback from employees. Good compensation and benefits. Excellent flexibility on work location and time off options. Annual bonuses and full payment of professional memberships. Supports and educates staff on indigenous reconciliation.

      Located in Vancouver - high cost of living.
