Pros
Clean offices, nice building to work in, good location. Occasional Free food that is leftover from the restaurant downstairs. Free coffee.
Cons
The management here is so cliquey and there are many people who are in management positions who are clearly unqualified. To hide their lack of ability, blame is put on the subordinates almost daily. They are very nice to your face during interviews only to show their true colors later on after you've been here for a while. You gotta suck up to the higher ups to get anywhere in this company. Doesn't matter if you excel in your work.
