Pros
• Cool Office - Knockout has a great office setup that's both comfortable & professional, with just a hint of Knockout luxury. Towards the entrance is a slick waiting room that definitely has a Knockout vibe, with red and black furniture/decor. There's a kitchen open to employees, and a fridge always stocked with an assortment of cold beverages. If you ever walk outside on the balcony, it has a sweet view of Arizona's mountains in the distance.
• Stocked Beverages - The fridge always has a variety of soda, Gatorade, and bottled water at your disposal. Obviously you can store your own food and drinks there as well, without worry of someone taking it.
• Great Coworkers - Everyone at Knockout has a friendly, supportive, & positive attitude. You can be professional one moment, and joking the next. It definitely feels like another family when you come into work, which to me is pretty awesome. There's an open door policy whenever you have questions, & Knockout always prides itself on helping/further developing its own "family". You'll never meet a more lively bunch of individuals.
• Enjoy What You Do - There's no doubt that whatever you do at Knockout, if it's your passion, you'll enjoy it. I've always been given interesting projects to work on, with real value, and it just keeps getting better and better. This isn't just a job, this has become my career and I love it.
Cons
Levels of "comfyness" in our work chairs are exceptionally high, might fall asleep in these things....
