Pros
Bi-weekly pay was always on time. Options for frequent bonuses if you are willing to put in the extra work.
Cons
The working environment and culture is absolutely toxic. The management team is very cliquey, and their MO is to talk poorly, and belittle anyone or anything they do not understand or agree with. I would not recommend this environment for women: misogyny and sexual harassment is implicitly accepted, and legitimate concerns are ignored, and not handled correctly. The above review is accurate and true. The CEO's response should be telling: it acknowledges that an incident occurred, the person who committed the act is still there, and the person who suffered the attack is not. Job security here is a facade. It was common to see employees of 2 years fired as soon as the management "in-crowd" disagreed with their opinion and expectations. Management speaks poorly about current and previous employees rather than looking internally and figuring out why those people left in the first place. They cannot comprehend that they may be the reason why people are leaving, and are in absolute denial about the needs of their business and the people who compose it.
