- employees are friendly and welcoming - teams want each other to succeed - giving back is a big part of the company and is something KCH prides itself on
Cons
- cost of insurance is high - some managers act like they care and are listening to their employees but they spin things to meet their own agenda. They don't actually care since actions speak louder than words. - some managers micromanage their employees rather than trusting their employees to do their jobs
