      * Great culture with newly staffed exec team that cares about people * Solid product market fit with great momentum * A culture where people work hard and care about each other * Multiple company offsites to come together even though fully remote

      * Fast paced but you expect that at this stage startup * Still a lot to build, but again you expect that at a series A

      Pros

      Overall, I can tell that everyone one the team really cares, works hard, and is incredibly smart. The work-life balance is some of the best I have ever had, and the compensation is more than competitive. I really enjoy the remote structure we have, and the offsites have been a blast. The last thing I will say is that there is a ton of transparency throughout the org, which can be very rare at start-ups and I have really appreciated that.

      Cons

      The remote structure took some adjusting to, but I have really settled into that, and the offsites help make up for in-person time.

      Employees are paid very nicely. My direct manager was incredible.

      Employees either stay a long time or are laid off after a short period of time.
