Remote opportunity with great opportunities and knowledge

There are no cons for me.

Some people were nice but they also miserable, burnt out and pitted against each other.

Insane level of micromanagement. No flexibility in what was suppose to be a "flexible remote setting". No trust on the employees or care for the wellbeing. Terrible management and bad decision making from the leadership that is sinking the company which forces the employees to take the blame for. People with no soft skills are promoted to manager positions. Burn out is glorified as the ideal work ethic and everyone is expected to go above and beyond for the company that gives them the bare minimum. Salaries do not match the amount of work and expectations.
