      I got to build personal relationships with all kinds of personalities. I received training on new sanitation techniques. Incentives was given on merit basis.

      Cons

      It was sometimes emotionally demanding and draining.

      Pros

      I will get the opportunity to apply my skills as a project manager and also learn from the company. I am poised to give my best in the new company if given the chance to work. The exposures is something I cannot miss.

      I don’t have any constraints about the company because I was treated very well
