Pros

A lot of training and support from manager and juice generation team. Great coworkers. A free smoothie/drink every shift. Tips are nice. I learned a lot about new healthy foods and nutrients I had never heard of before.

Cons

Can get very busy. Suited for people who can work in a fast-pace environment.

Pros

* HR was really supportive from the start. During my first trial week, they called me every day to check how I was feeling in the team and how things were going with my supervisor. Even now it’s super easy to reach out to them if I have a question or something to say. It makes you feel supported. * My team is very friendly and welcoming not just with me but also with new people who joined after. You don’t feel judged and you can learn at your own pace. * Benefits are nice 50% discount on products which is great and commuter benefits help with transportation costs. * Management usually tries to be flexible with scheduling and will do their best to accommodate our availability when possible. * The workplace is always clean and well-maintained. It might seem like a small detail but it really improves the overall experience and makes the workplace more enjoyable on a daily basis.

Cons

For now I haven’t noticed any major downsides since I’ve just started. Of course it can get busy during peak hours or on sunny days but honestly it’s still manageable compared to fast food chains. Plus the team helps each other a lot so it’s not a big issue.

Pros

Based on my experience so far, none. Don't waste your time Juice Generation and look for opportunities somewhere else.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance. Employees are expected to work long hours and take on brutal workloads, leaving them with little to no time for anything outside of work. We don't even receive a lot of time off, or are given ample time for breaks during work, so I'm basically exhausted 24/7. The CEO is terrible. He's basically a man-child with how volatile he is and how unprofessional his behavior can be. He makes a lot of unreasonable demands and can't take no for an answer. Employee have walk on eggshells all the time just to avoid getting on his bad side. Management isn't any better, either. Most of the managers here are obnoxious, passive-aggressive, and act entitled. It's already stressful enough to keep up with work, but having to deal with their horrible personalities makes working exponentially more frustrating. Unless you're incredibly desperate for a job and literally can't find employment anywhere else, I highly recommended staying away from Juice Generation.
