      Pros

      I worked there for two years at a USA company, and it's really good. The process was a little bit too slow. But was ok.

      Cons

      During the interview, they told me that when a contract ends, they usually connect you with other companies for new interviews, and you stay on the "bench" in the meantime. However, after 3 years, Jobisty never contacted me about another interview opportunity.

      -Flexible -Great clients. -Learning and Development budget for you to buy books or courses online. -Local holidays. -Paid vacation.

      -Compensation is not great, and there’s no room for it to increase over time either.

      Really flexible schedule overall. Good environment

      Cons

      Really depends on if the client/project sucks. In my experience the project was one of the worst software projects I've seen in my life. Also, if you get into an issue with the customer there's no clear way for you to handle it (in terms of who to call or dispute).
