If you have too much of a workload, no one really gets mad if you need it delegated. Doesnt really count as a pro tho.
Cons
- Management is often not aware of the insanely heavy workload of their team. Maybe because theyre also overworked ?
- PTO is poor. Very inflexible in-office requirement that makes no exceptions and makes you take PTO if you cant make it to office for a very legit reason
- CEO doesnt partake in meetings or anything. It's strange.
- company culture is dull. there are no efforts to get the team members together or anything.
- Bonuses are basically non existent.
- No promotions but workload increases and pay doesnt.
-HR is very poor at communicating and hard to know at times if what theyre saying is even accurate
