Pros
salaries are high compared to lateral roles elsewhere
Cons
* toxic culture is an understatement; the executive leadership team is extremely unprofessional
* the mission is respectable, but unfortunately, those in charge are not
* being berated for simple mistakes, misunderstandings, or differences of opinions is an unfortunate staple, and leadership likes to instill a sense of fear, division, and distrust amongst the staff, so employees feel defeated, alone, and powerless to defend themselves or their teammates
* major paranoia about people "out to get them" or "take what's theirs" which is only a sign of deflection as they try to manipulate those around them
* so much turnover for such a small company (~8 people) and always in the same roles - recruiters are well aware of their awful reputation, and many refuse to work with them
* there is no room for growth
* until recently, the staff was only made up of young white women
