      very political environment People get promoted for the wrong reasons extremely competitive work environment and work life balance is talked about but its all about the business

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
