Strong leadership and management, supportive and collaborative coworkers, and a great overall team environment, with engaging team-building events, a high level of autonomy in day-to-day work, and a smooth, well-organized onboarding and interview process.

Compensation is about 15% below market, and while benefits started out strong, they have declined over time. There is limited recognition or reward for going above and beyond, and leadership could be more motivating and engaged.
