Pros
Great people to work with, both staff and consultants. Work hard play hard attitude, great clients in Public sector and corporates, with challenging assignments. At Itera they know their business and understand their clients needs. That is probably why they are so successful.
Cons
There is a strong push in the Itera Talent Program to excel in technical skills. No hiding for anyone!
