We’re proud of how well the temporary invigilation team has integrated into our wider office environment. Many colleagues have commented positively on the team’s contribution and engagement. Several agency employees have remained in post since April 2025, with some applying for and being successful in securing permanent roles within the organisation.
No formal or informal grievances have been raised with Innovate Awarding’s leadership team or the agency regarding the concerns mentioned. We have robust policies and procedures in place to address any issues of bullying, discrimination, or misconduct, and we will never tolerate any form of racism or inappropriate behaviour.
