      There is no work balance and senior pressurize to complete the unrealistic deadline. There is no work management. single person work doble and without error.

      Everything is bad in this organization noting good and not supportive work culture before you join organization HR and manager use soft language after you join company team manager start bothering you and use a dirty language.

      Pros

      Nothing Zero Zilch Nada None

      Cons

      Senior level management only cares about their own jobs; they are abusive to employees that report to them. Employees get fired for making minimal mistakes. CEO allows this clown show to continue and does not hold senior managers accountable for their actions. There is high turnover due to the extremely toxic atmosphere. As a result, company is losing clients and revenues.
