Below is how I feel for the department I've worked in. Can't speak for other departments. - No opportunity for career growth. - No sign of care of employees. - Bad benefits. Pay is too low for what company expect us to do. - A lot of finger pointing when issues occur. - Work and projects doesn't relate nor transition well to industry software engineer expectations
