Pros
Great environment with catered lunches and great people. Most of the staff in sales is between 23-35, so there is a big social aspect and its a more energetic sales floor than normal. Great potential to make great money.
Cons
60-70 calls per day with 20-30 emails. Most are cold calls, so you have to have thick skin. Very monotonous, and can burn you out quickly.
