Pros
Unlimited PTO to recover from the demoralizing workplace culture
Cons
If you take one thing from this review, understand this: there are only two types of people that work at Impartner. People that hate their jobs and people that make other people hate their jobs. This is evidenced by their extremely high turnover rate. I saw many employees come and go in a matter of just a few months. The positive reviews on here are laughable. Some (if not most) were written by marketing employees as a job assignment or were solicited by the marketing team. The fact that they added a picture with their name photoshopped onto the building is evidence that they're going for a bait-and-switch approach here. This company will never succeed with its current management. As mentioned in previous reviews, the CEO uses quarterly company meetings to berate all employees. He is the single worst example of a leader that I could imagine. Don't bother complaining to HR about the issues you'll inevitably have with your manager--you won't get any help there. The company consistently demonstrates how little they care about employees. They have never been profitable. Once covid hit, the CEO "reassured" everyone that the company was doing great. But despite having received a great deal of funding a few months prior and having received free money from the government, they STILL used covid as a convenient excuse to lay off employees and cut everyone's salaries. That's a huge red flag. It was sad to see people go like that, but honestly they were lucky. This is not a trendy Silicon Slopes tech company like they'd like you to believe. Working at Impartner was perhaps the worst decision I've ever made. I had doubts after my experience with the recruiter, and I should have gone with my gut. The situation I was put in was not at all what I signed up for and I know many others who felt the same way. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I can't say enough to convey how horrible this company is to work for.
