Pros
The people are friendly and wonderful to work with. The work is challenging and interesting. There is a lot of growth opportunities.
Cons
Pay isn't competitive. They had quite a bit of financial issues in the past 5 years and leadership problems. They are improving but it's doubtful on their future as a company.
