Pros

Trainers and Supervisors had a great Team Spirit helping everyone , even outside of training and their own individual teams, ...A REAL PLUS!. LOTS of overtime available. Fair company. Pre-employment tests were easy. Training was good. NOT a "clique-e" environment. NO discrepencies on accurate and timely pay.

Cons

Recruiting/new hiring was TOTALLY disorganized and discombobulated, ...made you wonder, ...somewhat demotivating. Downtown location had poor and limited parking @ $10/day, ...getting a ticket for expired meters and expired spaces was very common. Raises are very structured, regimented and slow. No assigned seating in call center from day to day... first come/first served, seat and work station still warm from previous shift. Ventilation not very good, fumes from carpet glue, or whatever, gave frequent head aches.
