Pros

IPlytics is one of the best companies I have worked for. It is composed of professional international staff who are highly skilled, intelligent, hands-on ready to help new comers integrate themselves easily into the lively working environment. I have been to a number of client oriented events which are fully sponsored and of which I am humbled to be part of. Salaries are very attractive and well above average even though I choose not to disclose.

Cons

No known cons so far so good

Pros

None, the only advantage is, if. you are outside of germany and want to come here then it is good idea to get the visa. approved. But once you join the company better to look for other jobs in berlin

Cons

Limited contract, if you have been promised an unlimited contract after probation because of some strange reason then that is a hoax , you are not getting it unless you work 16 hours per day and on weekend. Shouting and yelling at other employees by co workers is normal in this company. Company does not want to interfere here, simply because they don't care. Higher management has no clue of what they are doing. to be honest they are not to blame because if they didn't knew what they were doing they wouldn't be here. The worst part is the will resort to any tactic to gain ground against an employee. The company will quite literally scam you by promising you things which they don't want to offer you. The company is quite infamous among the very few employees for this. Below average compensation. If you work in this company for more than one year, unless you plan to work 16 hours per day for a meagre salary it is not worth it. Believe me there are loads of people who have been bruised and scared for life. Just try to talk to an ex employee before joining.
