This organizations’ management thrives on belittling people, breaking people down and messing with your esteem. The COO who manages most people has no compassion or people skills. Definitely a lot of nepotism and the Leadership seems just fine with it. They blame it on the workers instead of looking at themselves and leader styles. Awful place to be. 95% of employees are unhappy here and looking elsewhere for work.
