      Excellent company to start off as entry. Employees are some of the most dedicated in the industry. Absolutely great teams to work with

      Cons

      Pay is ok for similar jobs. Good employees often aren't valued or recognized. If you get on a good team, you're golden- if not your job will be hard.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
