No pros. Only cons -.

I passed the recruitment process. The company imposes a one-week notice period for the first three months of employment. They protect themselves and don't care about people. Practically no one can find a job in a week. A week before starting work, I received an email saying that our cooperation would not begin. For no reason. I had already handed in my notice at my current company a long time ago. I was left high and dry, without a job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. They don't care about people. Not a reliable company. Avoid them.

High pay and flexible/remote working arrangements are the highlights of working here. Plus, some really nice people.

Very scattered management with no proper strategic planning or expectations for teams, goals, or workflow. Restructuring happens often because there is a constant flow of people leaving, coming, or moving departments. There is no way to make managers happy. You mind your business and do your work, they are unsatisfied. You don't do work because they put roadblocks in front of everything, and they are still unsatisfied. It's very difficult to navigate what is expected from you.
