Remote culture, good team, interesting product, competitive salary
Cons
Sometimes the communication between teams could be better, and onboarding documentation can be more detailed. But nothing that is dealbreaker.

Pros
Remote, but if you take enough time to get to know your teammates, you won't feel like you're working remote.
Cons
Upper management does not work proactively to speak with there team about struggles they may be encountering. Takes months for new tools that are implemented to work how they should, meanwhile expectations to work your fingers to the bone are maintained.
