Pros
This is among the better paying customer service positions in town. The company is pretty flexible with time off and you can take your break (1 hour paid) in any increments or time you'd like. Also get designated meal time. They will work with you when things aren't going well. Constantly hiring. Room to grow. Relaxed dress and atmosphere.
Cons
The job is simply is a lie to push people off on for profit schools when they think they are calling a company to finish their job application. So, if you have ethics or empathy that can be tricky. You're talking to the poorest, dumbest people in the country, and it can be taxing because you can feel bad for them, and hate them at the same time. Repetitive.
