The training modules are straight-foreword. The Senior Tellers at each branch are there to help you, no matter your question. It is easy to avoid currency mistakes, as there are currency counters in each branch you are encouraged to use.

The amount of training modules seems endless. If you make a mistake in giving/receiving cash, it could cost you your job depending on how much. Some people that are still customers are not the greatest to deal with.

I have received training that I need for my position both online and through tuition reimbursement getting my degree without any cost, excellent plan. More job advancement opportunity recently due to retirements. Majority of associates have been with the company for 10 plus years with someone recently retiring at 46 years.

In the past not much room for growth outside of Retail, but that has changed with multiple people retiring higher up.
