Pros

There is nothing good to say.

Cons

They don't provide in-depth training They swamp your mobile with texts and phone calls They only ever contact you regarding something NEGATIVE, never anything POSITIVE The same caregivers seem to get Caregiver Of The Month Office staff have bad attitude Misinformation regarding clients Getting fobbed off with offers of shadowing but nothing ever came back to me about that They have little respect for private life Hours being dotted all over the place Expecting me to be in two places at once - one of my morning shifts finished at the same time as when I was due to see my NVQ assessor Expected to work a meagre 2 hour run on a weekend even though I was available all weekend Little regard about my personal situation/state of health I told them three times I was not coping with the shifts I was being offered only to be told "we can make the shift an hour later" - nothing ever happened "no one else would cover that shift" - not my problem; so why was another member of staff - who was working in the office but covered said client - called out to do it after I wasn't able to??? Neglected a client by not following up district nurse visits

Pros

Best Home Health company. They really care about their employees. They go the extra mile not just for all clients, but all the employees also. I highly recommend them for employment as well as home Health care for your family members.

Cons

The pay is on the lower end if you are not a Tier 3 or 4 level expertise. However, it is not a problem. They will train Tier 1 & 2 employees to level up to Tier 3 and 4.
