The pressure, the politics, they always like to find someone to blame to instead or focus on trying to fix things. The culture is like that, some people are only faking to be nice to you especially when you’re only a chemist. The location is too remote, otherwise I would stay longer as I’m not really bother on politics as long as it’s not effected me (maybe because I’m just a chemist so less pressure).

How do they expect people to perform when everything is constant negativity? It’s draining. the digs, the criticism, the lack of encouragement. If they had even a shred of emotional intelligence, they’d realise that positivity goes a long way. When people feel valued, trusted, and supported, they give their best. It’s not complicated. Lead with respect, and you’ll get results. Lead with negativity, and you burn people out. Every. Single. Time.
