Communist style management system, where you have to battle favouritism and politics on a daily basis. Senior management is not fair in recognising hard working staff. Long working hours and little to no work life balance despite what the Company says! HR is more aligned to senior management than towards staff. New management is taking the company back to dark ages, where there are increasing levels of distrust between employees and the senior management .
