Pros

Friendly employees. Relaxed atmosphere. Nice building. Easygoing managment for the most part..

Cons

Overall Weak Managment. Station run by just a couple of people. Employees sometimes not respected. Micromanaged by Hearst Corporate in New York. Very bottom line, body count focused. Salaries have been frozen and benefits have been greatly reduced.

Pros

I love working at Hearst in the Baltimore, Maryland market. I have worked for many radio stations over the past nearly 40 years and this is one of the best companies as far as working environment. I really feel cared for here.

Cons

On a personal level, I've had a hard time getting full time employment within the company, which is discouraging. Also, it takes forever for management to make hiring decisions.
