Pros
Awesome coworkers, a lot of software engineer knowledge to learn from and cool problems/features to work on. Management is open to feedback and it's very possible to have your voice heard or to force necessary conversations. Company is doing well and growing making it an exciting time to be there. Company is fairly self-aware of it's strengths and weaknesses and has made real improvements in diversity (specifically femme presenting engineers), though certainly still needs to do better. 3 week minimum PTO (max unlimited) + generous holidays (~1 mental escape day a month in addition to holidays you'd expect) is a strong work / life balance policy.
Cons
Company is in a phase between startup and corporate where it's trying to figure itself out, make a lot of changes, all while trying to maintain an aggressive schedule of rolling out new features. Always needs to do better on DEI (at the time of writing there's a head of DEI starting with the company soon).
