      You get to know the school personnel and a lot of kids.

      Cons

      No pay raises unless a title change. Supplies are usually purchased by myself. Some of the rules from OCFS don't make sense.

      Flexible scheduling and fulfilling to work with the youth.

      Cons

      Poor communication with management, program shut down due to poor management with little notice for employees. Inconsistent standards for behavior.
