Back on Track - IT Director Healthspan Employee Review

We have gone through a sticky patch with a management team who didn't fully understand the business and made some rather questionable decisions. We now are back on track. Management is now listening again and things are much improved. All the previous reviews seem to be about the old management team who are now history. We now have a goal of becoming the best company to work for in Guernsey, and are on the way!
